This Privacy Notice sets outs the basis on which we, Stichting SolarXS2All (“SolarXS2All”), will process any personal information that we may collect from you when you use our online services, contact us (such as via telephone, an online contact form or email, etc.), or for instance subscribe to our newsletter.
We are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of the individuals whose personal data we process. All your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal date and on the free movement of such data (the “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR“), as amended from time to time.

Where this Privacy Notice refers to “we”, “our”, or “us” below, this shall mean SolarXS2All.

4. How do we collect your personal data?
The way we collect your personal data depends on how you use our website, contact us, submit project requests, or subscribe to a newsletter. 5. Why do we collect this data?
