Projects that empower communities
We are at the beginning of our journey, but we aim high: 50 projects in five years. Each initiative is designed to be meaningful, community-led, and technically sound.
The Papito Foundation
The Papito Foundation mission is to create a second home for young people aged 18 - 30 with intellectual or multiple disabilities where living and day care is possible.
In 2026, the Papito Foundation will open a home on the Heibloem in Eersel for 12 permanent residents and have enough space for up to 16 day care participants.
Additionally, the home has space for family members that visit the residents regularly and the 14 team members that work in the home.
Since there was a need for a sustainable energy solution for the home, SolarXS2All in collaboration with our partners, Enstall Empowers and 4blue, has donated the solar mounting materials and modules. 42 solar panels will provide the home with clean energy and allow Papito and the residents to save on energy expenses.
